I have been on 14 cruises and this was my first time on a Norwegian cruise. I was very impressed and will definitely will go on another Norwegian cruise. I have been on Disney, Royal Caribbean and Carnival and I will have to say that Norwegian would have to be to at the top of my list. The staff went above and beyond in customer service. The ship is beautiful and the food was delicious. The performers in the show After Midnight were very talented but the show itself was not my taste in music. There was something always going on in the atrium for passengers. The cruise director was great and he was hilarious. I had read numerous complaints about finding a chair to lay out on sea days. The pool area stayed very crowded and loud and I had no desire to be there. We had no problem finding chairs in a more private and quite area on the 18th floor. The water slides were so much fun. I had watched youtube video on the rooms and was scared of the closet space, but I had plenty of room to hang my clothes. One thing I loved was at 3:00 each day in the Garden Cafe they would have afternoon snack and they had different things to eat each day that were delicious. I love sweets and they had the best cookies I have ever had on a ship as a snack each day. I would definitely go back on another Norwegian cruise.
