I rarely write reviews because I am mostly very happy with by now over 30 cruises I took, I also easily forget about the one or other little mishap, which just happen, but the experience on this ship was a little bit disappointing and different because they all point to a leadership issue and disconnect between the upper and lower ranks on the Vision of the Seas.

While most of the lower ranks were great, helpful, working hard, it seemed that some were not very happy with a toned-down mood.

Experience with tendering and some other observations suggests that there was a lack of coordination in some areas and a disconnect between what was officially posted and voiced by officials:
