This is an excellent ship with great food and great service.
Entertainment........all the guest entertainers flown onto the ship were excellent.
Buffet........there was plenty of choice and nice food. We loved sitting in the open area at the back of the ship, and even saw some dolphins.
Adequate size. Large, comfy bed but pillows a bit lumpy. Very clean. Nice shower.
Used the balcony a lot, it was great to sit there with a drink. Some footstools would have been nice though.
So many ships going in and out of this port but the facilties are terrible with check in area in a tent. Toilets not very nice. A scramble to find your taxi/shuttle bus and very few chairs (awful plastic things) to sit and wait.
Took a private tour to Cinque Terre. Excellent and half the price of the ship tours.
So easy to get from ship to the town. So much to see in the town, tour not necessary. Pedestrianised centre is a real flavour of Spain.
Again, really easy to get from ship to town. Lots of mini buses waiting at port to take you on a tour up the rock at a much cheaper price than ship excursions.
As above, so easy to walk round the town, have tapas and do some shopping.
Took a taxi from the ship to the Old Town (a long way through the new town and up a steep hill.) Taxi fare was €12. Ship transfer, which only goes to the new town (half the distance) was €8 pp each way....much more expensive.
A tour is not necessary as there are plenty of information boards up in the Old Town.
Strolled back through the town for tapas and shopping then leisurely walk on flat ground back to the ship.
