Overall the cruise was good to great. A few things could have been better but the whole experience was very enjoyable. The main reason for this review is the SPA and its importance to sanity.
People cruise for many reasons. Some want loud, excited alcohol-fueled fun. Others want to meet people and make connections. Still others want to eat as often and as much as is humanly and even inhumanly possible. The rest of us are looking for the opposite. That is what I found in the SPA and it comes at a very reasonable price.
Cloud 9 offers a package for about 100 dollars or $189.00 per couple that allows access to the SPA from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. This does not include any treatments but the amenities are worth more than any hour long massage or facial.
Cabin Review
Balcony
Cabin was perfect. Everything fit with plenty of room. if someone does not have enough room is one of these cabins, they brought too much stuff. I only used the shower once since the spa package allowed me to use the much better facility there. It was fine. The bed was firm but forgiving. The comforter was great. I highly recommend the robes and have the room cleaned twice to ensure turn down and fresh towels. We cruised with adult kids next door so the steward opened the divider for the balconies. The one concern is the single electric outlet and its locations. Take an extension cord and power strip.

New Orleans
Best embarkation and disembark I have ever experienced. NOLA is great on it's own but this port is very manageable. Also the charge for parking may seem high but it's expensive everywhere in New Orleans.
