We had celebrity select dining with the same waitstaff and wine stewart each evening. Can't say enough about their service. After getting to know our tastes and preferences they exceeded our expectations every meal.

We were not as thrilled with the Tuscan Grill this trip. Tried it once the first part of our journey and felt it was disappointing. After discussing it with our waitstaff and the assistant ma'trie when it was offered again later at a good deal later and promised we would be looked after it was slightly better.
