Cruise needs help! Staff not overly friendly...no attentiveness pool side--ship dirty in certain areas--food was mediocre to poor. Cabin were clean with very little interaction with cabin steward. The excursions were just ok--rather false advertising as you can't see rum being made and you see a one man rolling a cigar. The private classic car tool was interesting but very unimpressive as to where it stops. Ship needs to rethink strategy--all inclusive seems like a good idea but leaves a lot of the perks behind. Not to mention drinks were all watered down---in a very big way! Don't go on this ship unless you have VERY low expectations--otherwise you will be very disappointed. Think that Norwegian used to be a lot better. They now cater to a crowed with lower expectations. Will likely be the last time that we cruise Norwegian--prefer a more 'upscale' experience...and not a fend for yourself vacation.
