Picked this room because of the virtual balcony. The virtual balcony broke after the first day. Took 3 days to get fixed. We had to visit the service dest 6 times before it was fixed. The entertainment was ok, nothing special. The cruise director did a poor job of organizing activities. There were times where nothing was going on. Other times where things were double booked. Example they had the art gallery going on in a bar, this took place at the same time as happy hour. You couldn't even get near a bar because everyone was sitting at it for the art show. Then last nigh there was nothing scheduled to do. Made it feel like vacation was over before it was even over. Very poor planning. Food is your average cruise food. Was very disappointed with the food. I cook better than the chefs did. As for the buffet, same food different day.
Our balcony went out after 1 day. Took 3 days to get it to work.
