Cabin: Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

We chose this cruise for the convenient access to Cape Liberty. It was nice not to have to fly to the port. The technology on the ship was amazing! Access to the iPads to swipe and see calendar made it easy to schedule your excursions and special dining times. Technology enhanced the quality of the shows. The sets in "The Gift" and "We Will Rock You" were incredible. Technology was even a factor in the activities. The North Star glass capsule gave us an incredible view of Bermuda. Hard to believe you would have access to the flowrider and iFly onboard the ship. Technology is great, but there is still something to be said about personal interaction and I thought the service in general was not as good as past cruises. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be limited to just this ship. The pampering diminished when tips were automatically added to your bill. There doesn't seem to be any motivation to deliver the superior service we had received in years past! Still a great time!

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

Cabin V5

We did not spend much time in the cabin but it was a decent size. The virtual window was amazing! It really seemed like you were looking out the window.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

The port at Cape Liberty was easily accessible from the NJ turnpike, however construction in the area made the printed and GPS directions a challenge. Baggage drop off and parking were very convenient. Boarding was surprisingly quick for 4,000+ cruisers!

King's Wharf

Mini-Bus to Horseshoe Bay was reasonable and convenient. The beach was well worth the $7 fee each way.
