My family (wife, daughter, son-in-law & granddaughter) went on a five-day cruise with some friends. The cruise started off ok. The first day was at sea, which is normal. The restaurants had long lines to get food. The line for breakfast was 40-minute line. I must say for the most part the food was good. The hamburger place was great. The food at dinner was good but the menu was just about the same every night, rather boring. You had to pay $20 extra to get a steak. The two ports of call were Cozumel & Progreso. Cozumel was nice but if you ever get chance to go Progreso, don’t.

The problems began Wednesday when the drain in the cabin that our daughter, son-in-law & granddaughter where staying. Remember this is the ship that has had problems in the pass sewage backing. Look up “The Poop Cruise”. They had to come to our cabin to take a shower and bathe our granddaughter. It took over 24 hours for the ship to fix the problem, which actually they never really did. It kept backing up the rest of the cruise.

I think the biggest disappointment was the lack of customer service. No one seemed really care. They kept giving us a run around. They did not want to make it right. They gave us an 800 number to call and the people there are not wanting to do anything.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Our cabin was nice and the outside setting area was very nice to have. Our daughter, son-in-law & granddaughter's cabin was ok. It is the one with sewage problem.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Cazumel was nice to walk around, shop & eat. Our daughter & her husband did some sort of fast boat & booze thing that they enjoyed.

Progreso

If you ever get the chance to go to Progeso. don't. The nicest part was the gift shop on the dock.
