The Grand Princess is aging gracefully, don't waste your time looking for faults. Pier 27 in San Francisco makes the check in process painless. Such a vast improvement over the former Pier 35.

The food was wonderful outside of a rib eye steak that was difficult to cut and calamari that was cooked a little too much rendering it tough.

Buffet chow was rotated and remained excellent for the duration of the cruise,
