I choice this cruise because of Princess history in Alaska and their price in comparison to Disney. We have cruised with Disney many times and have come to expect a certain level of service, food, entertainment, etc. Princess is not Disney!

Cabins are very good and handicapped rooms have adequate space to keep scooter and fold-up wheelchair. Balcony furniture could be improved, we always spent a lot of time on balcony. Stewarts are OK. Not very friendly. Hair dryer on wall by balcony, not in bathroom, strange.Furniture in rooms comfortable.

Restaurant staff not friendly nor efficient, 10% tip level in real world.
