This was our first cruise ever. From checking in at port, to being on board the ship to departure at port was an amazing experience. We have always wanted to go to Bermuda and this was our first chance to go. The staff from housekeeping, dining, entertainment, guest services, etc... were fantastic and provided exceptional customer service. We ate in the main dining room for the majority of the evening meals and we had great wait staff and food. The buffet would get kind of crazy busy at peak times but the staff did the best that they could to provide everyone with what they needed. The show We Will Rock You was fantastic and the cast was very talented (more talented than the cast in the London production of it)!! The only issue we had was the speed of the Voom internet service. We e upgraded on Day 3 to the faster speed and it never got faster. It was slow to load and wee were unable to stream anything on our devices like we were promised. Overall the trip was a great first cruise!
