The ship is fine by itself. However when we first boarded found our cabin bed(s) was not configured as we requested. The house keeping guy told us he did not receive any instruction from his supervisor. After the cabin was re-arranged, we found 2 holes in the sheet under one of the pillow, since we were rather tired so we did not pursuit the problem. After 3rd day on the trip, the sheet with the holes still there, we have to call the customer service to have they change the sheet for us.....The house keeping forget to change our shower towels a few times, we called the house keeping at around 10 pm and they did not showed up till 11:20 pm I am not sure what the deal was...

Dining is ok, nothing really outstanding, the food is sub-par, the shrimps were not fresh in the first few days, tasted powdery. One problems is that you will have to pay extra if you have your breakfast (with egg and meat) delivered to your cabin. The opening time for the breakfast was strange that it opens too late for the first batch of the excursion.

When we were docked in Edinburgh, the ship was anchored so far away from the shore with only 3 tenders to service the passengers (which I do not quite understand why only 3 for the rest of the 2k passengers). Our group was ready to go on-shore at 7:00 am but we did not reach the shore until 11:30 am. Some even have to wait till 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Read more
