Loved the boat from start to finish. Travelled from England for my birthday and had a few reservations about the size and amount of people on board but all was great. The Embarkation was the smoothest I have had and the Disembarking was the same. The boat is immaculate everywhere the toilets on all the decks are cleaned all the time when you look at the amount of people who use them everyday to stay so clean well done. The bars Shows and entertainment is the best and we had the all inclusive package with all top price drinks and lots of different bottles of lagers beers and wines. Our balcony cabin was good and kept really clean. Food was good in the Villa Rosa special thanks to Jay and Mervin for extra special service the Sports Bar staff Ivy and Paul for that extra service even made my birthday special. A little observation made by all 4 of us who travelled was the entertainment team a guy named carlos was asked by my husband twice for a request for my birthday and was totally ignored. Then the same in the night club by the guy who continually plays salsa music all night who has no regard for any other music. We had Tshirts on all day with Happy 60th ballons and banners but not one member of staff wished me Happy Birthday. We thought maybe it was because we where English. But this aside we had an amazing time and would travel with MSC again
