I was very excited to spend time with family (especially my Aunt celebrating her 79th birthday on HER FAVORITE CRUISE LINE) and friends. Sailing to Cuba we all thought was the icing on the cake - and I am sorry to say we were greatly disappointed by Royal Caribbean.

DO NOT TAKE THE CUBA AMERICAN CLASSIC TOUR. THIS IS POORLY ARRANGED!!!! They do not have enough Translators and some of the cars do not work. My group had the worst experience - left behind in a broke down vehicle they attempted to push (I really wish I could post the pictures of the guys pushing the car and the video of them pulling us out) and finally shuffled us into a less attractive car, to play catch up for over an hour riding through side streets with no communication, only to catch up mid way and rushed onto other stops with no tour given.

My 79 year old Aunt (which this was her birthday and the tour was a gift) asked to return to the ship and we were told no, we had to go on with it and return with everyone else at the end, by the tour leader when we caught up with them. Read more
