RCC has always been my number one choice even though the cost is higher. Normally feel you get what you pay for. However seems service was just so-so as compared to other cruise lines. Disappointed they no longer offer balcony's for 4 night cruises, out of Port Canaveral. (Unless it's a suite and who can afford those)

Downside: Purchased the Deluxe drink package which includes Coke products as well as Starbucks, which was nice. In the past pool bartenders broke their necks to give you GRAND service and bring bar drinks; however beware with the Deluxe package you go and fetch your drink 4 out of 5 times. which is no problem, however you could risk loosing your lounge chair and the bar tenders were extremely unfriendly. It seemed a bother for them to serve you and I feel it was due to the Deluxe package and being tipped extra.

Upside: Ship was clean related to the age, food was excellent in ALL areas of dinning. Service in dinning room lacked the first night; but after we were in place the second night we had great service. (Other than bar service and we had to BEG for a drink and it took thru the middle of the meal to even receive it). Read more
