The Haven is worth every penny! This was our third NCL cruise but first on the Breakaway and first in the Haven. We originally booked a balcony cabin, about a year prior to the cruise date. When doing the research and planning following the booking, we decided to upgrade to a Haven Penthouse Suite. It was an additional $2800 but we are so glad we did. We were in cabin 16124.

Embarkation took 20 minutes, we were on the Haven sundeck by 11:30, enjoying drinks, sliders and French fries with awesome NYC views.

Our cabin was ready by 1:30pm and it was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The balcony held 2 chairs and a table with plenty of room in between.

Cabin Review

The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H5

Lovely cabin with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Nice shower but you have to step over a fairly high tub. Great storage and balcony. This cabin is centrally located close to everything the Haven has to offer and to getting to the rest of the ship. We heard no noise from the cabins on either side. Room Steward "Filly" and Marlon the Butler were excellent. We had a view of the bay in Bermuda and the Statue of Liberty upon our return to NYC.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

So fun to sit on the sundeck and look at the beautiful skyline, the Intrepid, the Freedom Tower and of course Lady Liberty.
