We got some credits. Read the reviews about this trip so we (two families - 8 people) decided to choose this to celebrate our kids' graduation. The cabins were very satisfied, so were the dining and nightly entertainment. However one of the shore excursions (A taste to Florence - it lasted 10 hours) was overpriced and we did not enjoy the entire trip at all. The guide (Sandra) was not fun. It was almost 1:30 and many members of our group were hungry. The itinerary said we would have 3 hours of our own but we ended up 2 hours. Not enough time to eat and shop in Florence. Very disappointing. We purchased the drink package/internet package and it was worth. Look for the promos often. We would give a B for the wifi access.

I misplaced my seapass so I went to the guest services around 12:30 am to see if they have my card. A long line and ONLY one sleepy, unhappy staff worked. I waited for 45 minutes for my turn!!!

On the bright side, we all enjoyed together celebrating!
