I chose this cruise based on where my friends/family were cruising at the time. The staff was very friendly and were smiling and greeting you at every opportunity. The food in the Windjammer could use some improvement along with the beef products in the main dining hall. The RC Shore Excursions were very well organized and were good value for the price.

The downsides to the cruise were that the pools and some of the restaurants and bars closed too early. Most pools were closed at 7pm or earlier, along with most of the hot tubs. A little more variety of food would be appreciated. I did not travel with children this time, but there were lots of activities for the children to do aboard the ship. The staff that I observed with the children were wonderful. The massage services in the spa could be improved. More time was spent trying to sell me skin products that actually having the massage. Overall it was a good experience.
