My wife and I enjoyed the cruise and are looking forward to the next one. The transportation from ship to shore and shore to ship while visiting our ports of call was well orchestrated and efficient. The entertainment was very professional and heart warming. We saw the ice skating, Come Fly with Me, and the diving show in the aqua theater. I highly recommend all three. Philip, our room attendant, was super and always greeted us with a smile. He took care of all our needs and went beyond the call of duty in taking care of our room. The guest services were always there to assist you in cancellations, shore excursions and show reservations.

Upon departure I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the staff handling our baggage and the speed with which they must have a complete turn around for the next cruise. I believe someone told me they only have 5 hours to complete that process. Very, very efficient!
