The process of boarding was fast. Ship was beautiful, staff was very friendly to us. Especially, Peter, Jacob, Sadie, Helena, Christopher and Janet from Florida. Food was awesome. In buffet and restaurant. I am not a picky eater, as long as someone else is cooking for me I am a happy guy. I highly recommend checking your cruise planner a few days before your cruise to get the best deals on almost everything, especially your drink package, I can't believe people were paying $61 a day when they could have had it for $38. Also bring you own case of water. And check your account activity daily they may add charges that shouldn't be there. Even with over 4500 people on board it didn't feel overly crowded. To avoid big crowds at the buffet I would suggest going early or towards the end of each seating. It is a big ship so take your time and have fun,
Cabin was nice. We had a balcony with 2 lounge chairs and foot stools. Cabin steward Joy was friendly and very helpful. I will say that there was a weird odor coming from the shower drain, it had a smell of when a trap is not cleaned. But overall a very nice room. I did not complain because it wasn't that much of a big deal.
Fast although parking at the terminal is $20 a day. $180 for our 9 day cruise.
We took the ferry to Fort Hamilton fort, Sightseeing, beautiful place,
