Sail Date: May 2017

This cruise was booked as part of a tour package of Greece. We visited Mykonos, Patmos, Kusadasi, Crete and Santorini, all in 3 days! As other reviewers have noted, this schedule is grueling, but it gets you a lot of bang for your buck. This is not a relaxing Caribbean cruise, so adjust your expectations and you'll be fine. Our cabin was perfect, small, but the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The passengers on this ship are VERY multicultural. There were many Asian tour groups on our particular cruise along with other nationalities. Since this was part of a larger tour package, we had a private cruise guide with us on the cruise that got us on the first tours of the day, so we had significant time at all the ports. The food on this ship was adequate. The formal dining room I was not very impressed with, so we stuck with the buffet at the back of the ship, which was fine. We also noticed that the staff behavior was much more "lax" than other major cruiselines we've been on, they joked and spoke to eachother. Since you are at two ports a day and many people nap between ports, this cruise really felt like a five day cruise. It's very efficient to see the Greek Islands, so as long as you go in with appropriate expectations, I would recommend this ship. As a side line, this ship used to be the Royal Caribbean flagship, Song of America! Cruising has come a long way!
