It is a very beautiful ship. The only issue is the crowds in all areas. We were told first day that the Windjammer was full to go eat at different location. Many times while we were at Windjammer we could not find a table of 6 to eat together. There is not enough free places to eat with that many people on this ship. At night after the shows there is only 2 places to grab a snack to sit and visit. There are plenty of bars but if your not a big drinker and just want to go somewhere with your kids after the shows at 10pm your out of luck. You would think if you have that many of people you would have more options. The shows were wonderful. Make sure to make reservations which we did and went smoothly. If not you will not get a seat or a good one. The port stops were wonderful. The main dinning room had wonderful food and great service. We did eat at the Italian restaurant and it was excellent.

Spa and Gym were nice but the smell of smoke from the casino was very strong. Almost smelt like a old ash tray in the Gym.

Guest Service needs to attend to phone calls in a better manner. We waited many times over 20min for them to answer our call. Our simple request to open the door to our adjoining rooms with our kids in other room took from 3pm on sail day to 1am next morning.(not cool)

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

The Cabin was small but you are not in it long so it was fine. The beds are not soft. Actually they are very hard. One thing we liked about Royal was the beds but this ship they were very hard where other ships they were more comfortable.
