I have Cruised on Carnival 13 times and this is by far the worst ever. Buffet was the worst I have seen it. Dining room there menu has really gone down hill. I could not believe that they expect you to pay for the Lobster on 5 day Cruises now. They have made so many cuts trying to pinch pennys that it has hurt there quality. We even upgraded to a suite. That was a Big mistake. The room was run down. They never washed the salt off the balcony and had salt running down the window INSIDE the room. At the dining room we had the 6 pm seating time. At 8 pm we had not even had the opportunity to order dessert. I asked them if this was a Training cruise? They took offense to my question. Its really sad that the best place to eat was Guys Hamburgers. I WILL NOT SAIL ON CARNIVAL AGAIN UNLESS THEY GIVE ME A FREE CRUISE!!!!. I just got back from Royal Caribbean Oasis of the seas and it was FANTASTIC!!!! You could eat the buffet every night on that ship. So many choices. It cost a little more but you get what you pay for. I have gave Carnival 2 bad reviews and never heard a thing out of them. I know they got them and read them because after I turned them in I now receive over 3 emails a day from carnival with deals. I delete everyone.... Never received emails like that until I gave them a bad review.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Dont remember the cabin number but it was aweful. carpet was wore out and salt running down the inside of the window and caked up on the balcony. This ship is a rust bucket
