Friend chose this cruise. We traveled on short notice. Really went for a getaway and to party. Ports were not a big priority.

Although Enchantment may be an older ship and the decor is dated, it was kept amazingly clean.

Crew was friendly. But customer service was often poor. For instance, the bar might be full of people with 5 bartenders standing around or all 5 of them trying to fix the same problem. Such an inefficient process. And getting the piece of paper to sign after a drink order is silly. There has got to be a way to automate or create an app for that.

In general it was clean but not exceptionally so. Very dated decor. Bathroom shower could have benefited from a new shower curtain and fixture.
