Cabin: The Haven Forward-Facing Penthouse with Balcony

We chose this cruise because we love Bermuda! The Haven is so relaxing and our personal butler Roland took care of all our requests. There are few negatives. The bar in the casino where you can play a machine, people were reaching over you for drinks and sometimes spilling their drinks on the machine and you. Also, in the Italian restaurant the food was not warm and not enough sauce for your pasta. French restaurant server forgot my soup and just brought entree. We always loved the Irish Pub, but not so much this year. Coffee was way too strong and did not serve breakfast on last day just a Continental breakfast. We have been on the Breakaway 3 times before and was a little disappointed this time. The service in the Haven restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner. The Maitre was very attentive to our every need.

The cabin was excellent! Plenty of room and the bathroom was so roomy.
