The professionalism this cruise ship brought to the table made the difference!!!! Over the last 10 years i have been on many cruises and this cruise has got to be one of the best ones my family and i have enjoyed. The embarkation was amazing... Less than an hour versus royal c over an hour. Not only is the ship beautiful, but they are super clean! The rooms were top notch and i took my 6 month old son and that means a lot. The food was very good and at the end of the day lets be honest .... There' not much you can do about breakfast or lunch. Food is food ha! We had the 6pm dining times and they did not disappoint. We had luizo and salvin and they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed everything. The buffett was never too crowded ... If it bothers you then just go earlier or later. activities were just like any other cruise and entertainment was really nice. The only downfall and i know it's not the ships fault is the ports. Too many sea days can make or break someones trip depending on the person. Overall if you have children this cruise line is the way to go because they truly understand and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. The price, customer service and professionalism drove me to give this ship 5 stars.
