I have sailed many NCL cruises, this was a disappointment . The food was mediocre, the service in the restaurants was very lengthy waits.
The spa manager was quite a sales pro and didn't honor their policy until I reminded her of their cancellation rules. The massage was done with noisy talking in adjacent room, not a peaceful experience.
The casino workers were extraordinarily friendly! A bright spot.
