This was our second cruise on Britannia and, after a couple of years, it's still as good as ever. Everything is still up together, the food was just as good and the staff are still friendly and efficient. We still love the ship!
Embarkation has improved greatly - less queuing in the car and less crowding in the terminal. We arrived early but prepared to wait, however, we were on the ship half an hour before our scheduled boarding time.
Our cabin (superior deluxe balcony) was spacious and very comfortable, with champagne and chocolates waiting for us. We chose this category because the bathroom, with a bath, was larger than the ones in the standard balcony cabins. Our steward, Samiro, was very friendly and the cabin was kept super clean throughout. We ate in the Peninsular restaurant, where we were always able to get a table for two, usually by the window!
