The Norwegian Dawn is a "well run machine". The staff is exceptional; particularly housekeeping. The food is just OK; even specialty dining. Teppanyaki was the best of all the specialty dining restaurants. The thermal pass is a must for relaxation and quiet time away from the crowd. Spa services cost less when docked in Bermuda or on return trip to Boston, so don't book services on route to Bermuda. There is an abundant of activities on-board for everyone to have a good time. The Cruise Director will keep you laughing. The ship is always clean. Embarkation and disembarkation were smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend Norwegian Dawn from Boston to Bermuda. Also, the mini-bus tour of Bermuda through NCL was very informative and I would recommend it. And, the Rising Sun catamaran excursion through NCL was fantastic. The crew was exceptional and we all had a terrific time. I would without hesitation recommend the Rising Sun catamaran excursion.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

The cabin was fine given that we were on a ship. The balcony was wonderful. The toilet area is a little small, but the public restrooms on the ship are larger and clean.

Port Reviews

Boston

Management of drop offs and pick ups could be much better; could be more orderly.
