Our goal of this cruise was to get a taste of Cuba which it really did. We rented a private old car the first day which was an awesome experience and we recommend.
The second day. Rum and Cigar excursion. I would like to caution future cruisers that this should be labeled a cultural tour as you DO NOT get to go to a Rum or Cigar "Factory" as we had booked. We were taken to a couple interesting Cuba neighborhoods, art gallery, a location where we were given a cigar and a shot of rum, a store where they sold rum and cigars. I mentioned to the Customer Service on the ship and they are apologetic however our goal was to see how they were made. We could of spent the $180 better. No compensation was made.
Also we had requested information regarding ship entertainment when at port in Cuba so we could decide if we should visit The Tropicana Show. There was a good Comedian on that night.
Cabins are small, but we always find that we are only in them to sleep and shower. That being said we saw our cabin "stewardess" only once. No special treats on our bed this trip and only once a little towel animal.
