The good: This was our 1st time on RC and our 2nd cruise. The food/dining experiences were awesome! Loads of activities to choose from and shows to see. The entire ships staff was extremely friendly! Our cabin was perfect and always VERY clean! Ports and shore excursions were a lot of FUN! We traveled with friends and we were always busy doing something on board or in one of the ports. Truly.....this was a great cruise and we'd certainly cruise with RC again.

The bad: We went to a briefing on how to shop in the ports. This guy and his fiance, known on the ship as "M&M" were the presenters. The entire 45 minute to 1 hour presentation could have been whittled down to 10 minutes or so, as they continued to repeat the same thing over and over about buying diamonds and tanzanite, or a watch that cost as much as a decent car! It was obvious, this guy was getting some kind of commission to get you into those shops.

If you purchase a beverage package for soft drinks, be aware of the long waiting lines, as these machines were always out of ice or being serviced in some way. RC needs to install more of these machines throughout the ship to accommodate the number of people on board.
