I have heard nothing but positive reviews for Celebrity so I was so looking forward to it, however, the ship really let us down. Now dont get me wrong the positives outweigh the negatives but overall I would just give the ship an "average" rating. Our biggest complaint was the food, not the taste but overall dining experience, in the buffet there were never any empty tables to sit, they were all full taken up by large groups of people who were there to socialize and sit and drink tea after eating, as well they were very slow to refill food as many trays sat empty on the food line with no food, In the main dining room there was a long line up at 530 just to get in and service was so slow every nite that it was impossible to finish your meal to catch the 7pm show. The food itself tasted fine, nothing special. The midnite buffet was a joke, empty food trays, empty pizza, just diced meats and sliced cheese and pasta, no sweets at all, and no ice cream.. The biggest disapointment was room service, TWICE they failed to even show up, the second time when I called to complain, they litterly threw all the food together at the last minute, so when it arrived it was all messy on the trey with items missing.

The cabin itself was nice but little like the heater was broken, having to call TWICE to have it fixed, having to call TWICE for extra blankets, old papers in drawer from previous guests, old washing rag left on balcony, TV would not turn on right away, TV menu option broken, scrached up old chair in living area, all these little things, thinking back I wished I complained but oh well.

The entertainmant was very good, the activites were plentiful, the spa was very nice, the casino was non smoking, the balcony was large, the shower was hot and the service for the most part was very good, these to me were all strong positives.
