As indicated in the title, we really enjoyed the British Isles itinerary. The excursions were very well-planned, entertaining, and informative and the weather was better than expected.

Our balcony cabin (C259), however, was cramped and the decor was outdated. Considering that it was an "upgrade" I was expecting it to at least be as comfortable as balcony cabins we've had on Celebrity and Norwegian ships. It was not. There was little room to move. I had to train myself to not lean forward when getting out of bed lest I bump my head on the wall. Only one of us at a time could pass by the foot of the bed to go from one side of the cabin to the other. This is an older ship and showed it with rust spots on the balcony rail and worn upholstery. Requests from the first hour of boarding for an upgrade to a mini-suite were ignored. Never got a response.

The food offerings were mediocre. This is especially true for vegetarians such as ourselves, One or two options, repeated several times.
