This cruise line leaves no stone unturned and definitely a 5 star operation. Except for 3 optional excursions, everything is included, gratuities, all beverages (including alcoholic), cooked to order meals using fresh local ingredients and a chef who caters to individual dietary requests, roomy cabins, great local entertainment and a crew that bends over backwards to accommodate the passengers. The included on-shore excursions were wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The optional tours I could have done without. The visit to Frogmore Plantation, touted as a working plantation, was nothing more than a few restored slave cabins and a one room museum featuring antiquated non-working cotton gins. The mansion was off limits and the fields had not yet been planted. The trip to the Atchafalya Swamp was a total rip off and should have been cancelled due to weather. It was cold, windy, open white-capping water and the boat driver could have pulled a water skier behind him, he went so fast. We got wet and needless to say no wild-life sighted due to wind, temperature and speed. The post trip tour of New Orleans was cancelled and I am still awaiting reimbursement. So if you avoid paying for extra excursions you are in for a grand time.

Cabin Review

Cabin unknown

Bigger than most and immaculate, they even have room service for breakfast! I traveled with girlfriends and we even had adjoining rooms. In side corridors so balcony is private.
