We arrived in Puerto Rico the morning of August 29,2009 a day and a half before our cruise. We checked into the Intercontinetal hotel in Carolina. Our room was not ready but we were able to leave our bags with the bell boys. We went to a restaurant and had lunch which was superb. We were rained in for a while and decided to truck back to the hotel and take a cab.

We were given a room with a city view that had a small balcony, with the doors open we could hear the music coming from below, it was very peaceful. We went to the casino and played a little money then off to the room for a nap. We went to San Juan for a late night stroll and came across a bar for Karoake. We did retire early because we have an early morning.

We rented a car from Avis right in the hotel and went to El Yunque Rainforest we did horseback for 30.00 pp and atvs for 35.00 per person. It was so beautiful and we had tons of fun. The company we used was hacienda carrabli its the best bang for your buck. the ship charges almost 125.0 to 150.00 pp to do either excursion.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4c

We had an inside cabin on deck 2. With the rocking because of the tropica storms late night it was horrible. We stayed on deck 6 or 7 with NCl and never knew we were sailing. on deck 2 we heard the churning of motors and we knew when we docked and left because of the noise factor we would have to turn the volume all the way up.
