After seven days at sea, WE couldnt dock on Azores due to bad weather..then went to Brest...ship only had one gang plank for 4,000 people..took us one hour to get off and two hours of standing in the rain to get back on...NO explanation was given as to why one gang plank...not one officer to help.....then problem with ship prevented us from going to Brussels. When we got to Southampton they only send 4 immigration officers for 4,000 People...line was around the ship n not once did the captain give N explanation. We had tickets for excursion for 11 n never got off ship till 4 pm....one of worst experiences ever. Not once did we see anyone in uniform to give us explanation. Last person off ship was 5:15!!!
Speciality restaurant: Ocean Blue served frozen stone crabs claws n over done lobster.
Smoke from casino permeated the three floors all had to go through.

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom
Cabin was clean n Stewart was good. We had to asked for more tissues when ours rain out n also for robes. No tote bag in cabin, never had that happen before. Room service charge, again,,never had that happen before.
