I selected this cruise primary for the ports it was visiting. I was very pleased to find the Splendor had the best all time cruise director I've ever experienced. MarQ was everywhere! His energy and excitement of the ships events was out of this world. I was so impressed and hope to see him back on future cruises. This is my seventeenth cruise so this should known that I am no stranger to a cruise ship.

Cabin 7239 was wonderful! For an interior space it offered all that I needed and more! Hats off to my exceptional room steward who made the cutest bunny towel animal on the ship. It was hard to say goodbye to my towel friend. The beds was super comfy and my hall was very quiet. Wifi reception was exceptional.

My only disappointment was I never could reach guest services by phone. There was several questions I wanted to ask them that never got answered. When I went downstairs no matter what the time there was a line. Read more
