Pros:  Live near Charleston and did not go to the Bahamas

          Embarkation and disembarkation was satisfactory

          Food was good and the dining room service was excellent especially Sunita

          Cabin steward's were the best

          Ship was clean

          Never introduced to the officers and crew as is done on most of the other ships I have sailed on

          Guy's burgers always good.Cons:  The ship was extremely cold

            Emma talked too fast

            Could not understand the Captain

            The music was lousy but at least it was too loud.
