The trip was to Cuba, a chance to see it now that it has been opened up and before it becomes Cancun. Cuba was amazing, the journey, not so much.
NCL was once a standard the other cruise lines in that class need to rise to. Now they are at the bottom of the heap. Dirty rooms, a ship falling apart and a severely understaffed crew. The F&B program, once a benchmark, now the Circus Circus buffet. Overall, a total failure. The menu needed variances, the wait staff needed attitude adjustments and the dining room needed better décor. A few in our party of six even got queasy from their dining experiences. The liquor package was a joke. Only low level, not even mid grade brands were included. Bottled water was extra. The tour excursions offered through NCL were cattle calls. We were herded and treated badly. The excursions we wanted were not available even a month before we sailed but the advertisements for them kept coming. Please do not offer what you can't provide.
This cracker box was dirty and had no storage. Evidence of a vacuum or a clean shower would have been nice.
