friends already booked trip through their travel agent The dining rooms had very good service, but some of the selections were not part of the average American's diet! The ship had many Asian citizens, and the buffet always had Asian food. The lunch menu was extremely disappointing. The desserts were awesome, as was the pizza. The ship was kept very clean. Some of our travel members received the free beverage package with their booking, and took advantage of it! The Crooner's bar was quite attentive to their needs! I was very disappointed on the disembarking at Ketchakan and Juneau, which are very rainy cities. I felt the gangplank should've been under a cover! The Yukon train ride in Skagaway was incredible! We had wonderful weather. Saw a few bears, and the views in the Yukon were breathtaking. After this cruise, I realized going in July or August would've been much more enjoyable, with the temps.

Hi pchoofinit, thanks for your feedback from your recent Glacier cruise. We're also a big fan of the Yukon train ride! Hope to see you onboard again soon!...

Cabin Review

Oceanview (obstructed view)

Cabin OW

room was very clean, small and totally obstructed by lifeboat. I had asked travel agent (who planned the whole trip) to book me a ocean view. It really didn't matter in long run, because there was many places on the ship to view the glaciers and hear the naturalist

Port Reviews

Whittier

boarding when smoothly

Juneau

rains all but 30 days a year, I guess if we went in July or August, it would've been easier to take

Ketchikan

Went to Lumberjack show, rainforest garden and Totem bight park. Yawn.
