Returned today as first time cruiser. Overall experience was disappointing. Cruise employees seemed burned out and could barely conceal disdain for passengers, with exception of cabin attendant and dining room waiter, who were cheerful and courteous.

Embarkation, Debarkation and activities were extremely well organized, however, group activities (especially Bingo) were annoyingly childish. Adults were encouraged to participate in childlike antics.

Food was mediocre, falling well below expectations. We were constantly plied with pricey cocktails, but accessibility to water was very limited. Cabins had a worn, rundown look, but public areas were tasteful and luxurious.
