Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

We chose this cruise for the great price for an inside cabin on the 5th floor. We bid for a better room and we're fortunate raptors be upgraded to 13 floor balcony. We were really happy with Captain, all the Managers and crew. We felt very well looked after. The food was good and the entertainment was fabulous. I think it's unfortunate that the theatre is so small and other entertainment is in small venues that fill up fast. We had a few disappointments, including missing the Azores and Zeebrugge and were delayed in arrival to Southampton which spoiled the day for many. System problems caused this and it couldn't be helped. My real criticism of the cruise is the port of Brest, France. We found the tour to Quimper very poor and the fact that some people had to wait in line for 2.5 hours to get back on the ship was inexcusable. I thank the Captain for looking after us so well and making himself available to answer questions when problems arose
