The price was very reasonable. Their Loyalty program is great. Ship is beautiful. Some of the best shows we've ever seen. Service was excellent. Food very good. Very smooth sailing. They treated us like we were regular MSC cruisers even though this was our first experience with them. We were upgraded to a balcony. Given Champagne, fruit tray, chocolate covered strawberries, a specialty dining experience, invited to 2 cocktail parties, received an MSC nap sack, and a free 5X7 photo. Casino is extremely clean. No cigarette smoke to chase you away. There were plenty of lounge chairs even though people rudely cover them with towels and never show up to use them. Entertainment around the ship was good. I would have liked a little more, but there was just enough. I also took advantage of the 18 drink coupon deal for $102.00. That worked for us. Highly recommend, and we will be going again also.
