This was our first river cruise and our first (but not last) with Viking Cruise. We were worried about the length of our cruise as we had added the pre- (Amsterdam) and post- (Prague) extensions on our trip making it 21 days. We were glad we did though. We were exhausted, but still glad we did it all in one.

Viking was great at coordinating and keeping us informed. The only issue we did experience was that we were not informed of any optional (free/paid) excursions in Amsterdam. However, Viking and its phenomenal staff did an outstanding job at navigating the passengers to where they were supposed to be. They anticipated problems and intercepted them before they were problems. Can't say enough about the staff of the Viking Skirnir and the Viking staff in Amsterdam and en route to and in Prague.

Our included excursions on the cruise were exceptional and given by experienced guides. We did have just a few paid excursions, which once again did not disappoint.
