This was the first cruise that I have been on. The process to go through before getting on the ship was very long but getting off of the ship was quick and went very smooth. The ship was huge and always had something going on for everyone. The cabins were small. The formal dining offered great food and the Windjammer Café was buffet style similar to Golden Corral. I do not recommend buying the food package which includes the Steakhouse, Italian Restaurant, and Mexican Restaurant. The food in the steakhouse was great but was an added expense when the food in the dining room was just as good if not better. The Mexican Restaurant was not like traditional Mexican food therefore I was not a fan. The service onboard was great and employees always making sure everything was going well. When stepping off the ship at ports most everything was right there except for Costa Maya which had a long walk way to get to activities so I would recommend a good pair of walking shoes.

I highly recommend the dolphin encounter in Honduras. We also met a local which took us to a restaurant and showed us around the island. He was great!

The Jeep tour in Costa Maya was HORRIBLE. Do not recommend as the passenger seat in Jeep was not secure in vehicle, beach was dirty, bathrooms extremely dirty with NO toilet paper, and not enough chairs at beach resort for everyone on tour. There were lots of trees around allowing for shade but also home to lots of birds. A bird pooped on my head while sitting in a beach chair. Shared experience with guest services who stated that we would get a refund, someone would be in further contact with us but no one contacted us back.
