Getting to the cruise terminal in NY was very easy. ALWAYS friendly, educated and efficient workers at the embarkation and disembarkation. Very smooth and felt very safe. Was wonderful to leave out of NY. The ship was easy to navigate, The cabin a balcony was very roomy. We had 2 children and 2 adults we had plenty of room. Nice bathroom. Activities for the kids was good. The water slides, rope course, golf, bowling were the top picks. Not so much for the pools. Having separate pool for adult, teen & children. Thought the teen and kiddie pools could be easier access for parents with different age children as these pools have a wall between them. Also our teens only went in once due to pretty much just stand in it because of # of children in the pool. Dining was very good. Garden café very clean plenty of choices. I would suggest they rope down the middle so they can guide passengers through lines. People were all over the place jumping in. The dining rooms were great. service was excellent and friendly. Went to Bermuda and as always was fabulous. We did travel with children. They loved it. and I mentioned the pool comments. Would definitely go again. Love NCL
