We thought the value was good for a 20 day cruise and haven't been to some of the ports in Chile, Peru, etc. The itinerary was great. Ending in San Francisco was a real treat for us to explore wine country. The balcony cabin was nice with lots of storage. The staff was very good in the dining and around the ship. Everyone one board had a terrible cold but not NCLs fault. The food was overly salty so I couldn't eat some of the soups, etc. The menus never changed in the specialty restaurants. The main dining room didn't get some orders right and the food arrived cold. The people who were on the cruise were very friendly and mostly fifty plus. Embarkation was changed to San Antonio due to Chile earthquake not NCLS fault. The housekeeping staff was fantastic as always.
Entertainment was good but since it was 55% Spanish speaking passengers a ventriloquist was not a great idea nor was the juggler/comedian who spoke too fast.
The cabin was lovely and spacious.
