I chose this ship because it was small. It was to celebrate and honor my mother's memory as these small ships are the type she used to cruise on. She had taken my sister and myself on a cruise and I planned to carry on the tradition with my daughter. It was her first cruise and didn't want her to be overwhelmed. It was perfect for our 5 nights and she enjoyed the experience.
The staff and service was fantastic. My daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they were so gracious in helping her choose items that were safe for her to eat. Head waiter came by our table during our evening meals to make sure everything was tasty also to bring her the menu for the following evening to select her meal for the next day. Recommended items for breakfast and put an order in to the chef for her. She didn't have to worry about eating something and getting sick.
The activities during the sea days were varied and their was always something to choose from. Remember this is a small ship and they can only do so much with the space they have. The pool is small but seemed to have plenty of chairs but we didn't use the pool deck since we had a balcony. Elvis was fantastic and an energetic Cruise Director and wanted everyone to have good time.
This cabin is at the back with 2 separate balconies. It is not a deep room but has a bedroom area with a large vanity area, with coffee maker, mini fridge, and closets across from them, that separate a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and cushioned chair. It is more like the size of a Junior Suite on the larger ships but stretched out. The bathroom is fabulous, with a big whirlpool tub and lots of floor space and single sink. Very comfortable beds that do separate which were done for us.
