Our embarkation in NY was very fast & efficient. Our cabin was ready & our luggage came very quickly. The food was good to very good, but we did not care for the Manhattan dining room---too noisy & service was a bit lacking. In contrast, Taste & Savor were smaller venues where the food was the same but the service was better & more personalized. We went to two specialty restaurants, La Cucina & Cagney's. They came w/ our package and were very good but I wouldn't pay the price if I had to buy them.
We found the ship to be extremely clean, not only our cabin but all the public areas as well.
The crew was lovely & couldn't do enough for you. Our cabin steward was outstanding & eager to help in any way possible.

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom
Cabin was poor design and balcony was unbelievably small. Cabin had a big futon which took up too much space. In order to get into the closet, you had to squeeze in between the bed and the wall. Not good at all. In contrast, the bathroom was very spacious w/ a nice glass enclosed shower.
